My research tells me that depression is a symptom of chronic fatigue syndrome, and my friends are telling me that I'm VERY depressed - so it's something that I'm aware of.
One thing I am sure of is that Prozac is definitely out of the equation FOR ME! Here are the arguments I've found on Prozac, and this is just the amazon book reviews! The natural alternatives I've found are St. John's Wort and Kava.
I've begun taking St. John's Wort - hypericum - in tablet form just this week. I am suddenly very forgetful - I went to the shop yesterday and when I had walked home I realised I forgot to drive home! I'd left the car at the shops! I'm also going to bed with all the lights and computer still on and just generally forgetting things.
